Where are clients dropped at the hotel?
Clients are dropped outside the correct reception entrance.
The driver will direct clients to the luggage cart area and hotel entrance.
What is your customer care policy?
CAIROTAXI endeavour to make a transfer as easy, reliable and enjoyable as possible. If through our fault, our standards do not meet expectations we investigate every incident thoroughly and respond accordingly.
Do you reserve or supply hotel accommodation?
No, CAIROTAXI only transfer clients to and from the hotels.
Do you have special rates for children or senior citizens?
Children under 4 years of age and seniors above 70 travel free
For all other clients our fare is the same
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, through our web site, if you fill and send the online survey .
Subject to seat availability, round trip discounts can be set at the airport trip.
Can we pay in credit cards?
Cash upon hotel arrival is the only acceptable method of payment for bookings made online for your own satisfaction.
Can we pay using our own currency?
We only accept cash payments in US dollars or equivelant Egyptian pounds at the rate set at confirmation letter.
How and when do I make my online booking?
Online booking are paid after your arrival at the airport.
Online bookings are only accepted when accompanied by your itenarary flight reservation number.
Your credit card is not charged online.
Only when we have checked the details of your booking will we confirm your reservation

What type of luggage do you accept?
An excess charge may be applied for unusually large quantities or sizes of luggage or extra heavy items.
How much luggage can we take?
As a guide, the average amount per person would be one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
Items that tend to be difficult to secure on board are golf clubs / bags, ski / surf boards, bicycles, large push-chairs and wheel chairs.

How long does a transfer take?
Journey times vary depending on traffic.
Between the airport and central Cairo the average time is ½ to 1½ hours according to destination.
For an accurate journey time, the driver on the day of transfer is the most qualified to give an estimate.
Can CAIROTAXI transfer clients with special needs?
CAIROTAXI car is not fitted with wheelchair access equipment.
Clients travelling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot.
